The powder says "0g Trans Fat" on the nutrition panel. The second ingredient is "Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil." Both statements are true at the same time, because FDA allows a "0g" claim when a single serving contains less than 0.5g. A tablespoon of Coffee-Mate Original powder contains roughly 0.4g of trans fat from that hydrogenated oil. Use two tablespoons, which most people do, and you're over the "0" the label promised you.
