By downloading or using NoJunk — Ingredient Scanner, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NoJunk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

NoJunk is a mobile application that scans food product ingredient labels using your device's camera or photo library, analyzes them using AI technology, and provides a health score with ingredient breakdown. The app is available on iOS devices running iOS 17 or later.

3. Free and Premium Tiers

• Free Tier: 5 ingredient scans per day with health scoring, ingredient breakdown, and basic analysis.
• Premium Subscriptions: Unlimited scans, AI verdict, detailed health concerns, alternative ingredient suggestions, and full scan history. Available as Monthly ($2.99/month), Yearly ($19.99/year), or Lifetime ($39.99 one-time purchase) through the Apple App Store.

4. AI Analysis Disclaimer

NoJunk provides AI-generated ingredient analysis for informational and educational purposes only. Health scores are based on EWG Food Scores methodology, FDA ingredient regulations, and published research from WHO, IARC, EFSA, and EWG. The analysis should not be considered medical or dietary advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for personalized nutrition guidance.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use automated systems to access the service beyond normal usage
• Redistribute or resell access to the app's analysis features

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology within NoJunk are the property of Lino Ti Inc. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without prior written consent.

7. Subscriptions and Billing

Premium subscriptions and the Lifetime purchase are managed through the Apple App Store. Subscription terms, pricing, renewal, and cancellation are governed by Apple's terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings. The Lifetime purchase grants permanent access to all Premium features and is non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

NoJunk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Lino Ti Inc. is not liable for any decisions made based on the app's analysis. The AI analysis is not a substitute for professional nutritional or medical advice.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
